Everyone has their own habits, I think that good habits are good for physical and mental health, now divided into the following:
One is to write a diary, write down the day's work and life situation as well as thoughts and so on, happy or unhappy can be; two is a cup of white water in the morning (winter temperature and cool in summer), cleaning the intestines and stomach; three is to drink soup before meals, health care to maintain health; four is to walk to and from work instead of the car, to ensure that no less than 6,000 meters per day; five is to use homemade traditional Chinese medicine at night soak your feet, soothing the tendons and activating the blood; six is to go to the countryside once a week to breathe fresh air, or Climbing mountains or digging wild vegetables, etc!
