The high humidity during the dog days of summer is really, really, really unbearable
See how many of these apply to you:
The tongue coating is yellow and thick, the mouth tastes bitter and has an unpleasant odor
Greasy hair and oily face can be used for stir-frying, while back acne keeps popping up one after another
The calf leaves a pit when pressed, and the swelling does not subside.

Portulaca oleracea Corn Silk Soup Boiled Water
1. Prepare the ingredients: 200g fresh purslane (washed and cut into sections), 50g corn silk (washed, can be tied into knots to prevent scattering), and an appropriate amount of water.

2. Add about 800-1000 milliliters of water to the pot, put in the corn silk, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add fresh purslane and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes until the purslane becomes soft.
4. Add a little salt to taste (or drink directly without salt), filter the residue and drink the soup, or eat the purslane.
